I liked the newspaper article. It's too bad they didn't convey the need for funding for the trip, however. That would have been a good opportunity to get the word out.
It sure seems like there should be someplace you can leave the Lake Cat on Cda. What's the story with that sailboat at the dock at Higgen's Point? That thing has been there for months.
I talked to someone a while back who was just leaving his boat at the public docks at 3rd Street, and just paying the fines for staying too long. It was still cheaper than paying for moorage somewhere! Maybe you should look into that.

I conveyed to the lady writing the article to make sure to state our need for the event but she must have lost that need in her effort to write the whole story she wanted. It was sad not to go but there is always next time.
I want to park the Windwalker (used be be called the Lake Cat) legally on the lake so I am looking at many options. With the college I knew they would be kicking us off the mooring buoy and I am glad they did it in the winter and not during the summer when we are busy.
I hope something develops or we may be forced to cancel our programs on Lake CdA.
